For same-day trips, about 2 hours' notice is ideal, since I am a single vehicle and may be finishing another transfer. Yes, at no extra cost, as long as it is a small pet travelling inside its carrier. This is essential: I cannot take loose animals in the car or large dogs, however calm they are. Please tell me when you book so I can get the car ready. Guide and assistance dogs are the one exception: they always travel, with no carrier and no need to give notice.
