2. What data we process
- Booking requests (website calculator or virtual assistant): name, phone number, pick-up and destination addresses, date and time, number of passengers, luggage and, for round trips, the return date and time.
- Contact by WhatsApp, phone or email: the data you give us in the conversation.
- Invoicing, if you ask for an invoice: name or company name, tax ID and address.
- Browsing: only if you accept analytics cookies, statistical data on website use through Google Analytics (see the Cookie policy).
We do not process special categories of data. If you tell us a child or a person with reduced mobility is travelling, we use that only to provide the service properly (for example, bringing the right child seat).

We do not use your data to send you advertising and we do not make automated decisions about you.
4. How long we keep it
Booking data is kept as long as needed to provide the service and handle any incidents or claims, and then blocked for the legal limitation periods. Invoices are kept for the period required by commercial and tax law (six years). Google Analytics statistics are kept for the period configured in that tool.
5. Who can access your data
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To operate we use providers acting as data processors:
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd.): booking calendar (Google Apps Script and Google Calendar), calculator maps (Google Maps), website translator (Google Translate, only if you use it) and statistics (Google Analytics, only if you accept them).
- WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.): if you choose to contact us or confirm your booking by WhatsApp.
- The website hosting provider.
Google and WhatsApp may process data outside the European Economic Area, in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Data stored on your own device
So you don't have to type them again, the booking form saves your name and phone number in your browser's local storage. This data does not leave your device for that reason and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@taxi-huelva.es and stating which right you wish to exercise. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the whole website.
