🚂 By train

There are several regional trains a day between Huelva and Seville–Santa Justa (~1 h 25 min). It's comfortable and cheap per person, but it drops you at the station: from there, if your destination is in another part of Seville, you need metro, bus or a taxi, adding time. Check the timetable, as there isn't a train at every hour.

🚌 By bus

The Damas company runs frequent buses from Huelva to the Plaza de Armas station (1 h 15 – 1 h 45 min depending on stops). It's the cheapest option, but like the train it drops you at the station, not your destination, and it's less comfortable with luggage or a group.
